Hello and welcome to my site policies. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Shipping
I use USPS to ship products. Once payment has been received for your order and the order has been created, I ship the next day. Item's can take 2 to 5 business days once shipped to reach your address. Please let me know if you have any questions about when your item will ship or be received.
Jewelry
Payment Processing Time: 1-5 days depending on the day your order was placed. If you order was placed on a Friday, I may not get payment from Wix until the Wednesday after the order was placed.
If the jewelry is marked RTS (ready to ship) then it will ship once Wix has processed your payment. If you placed a custome order, it takes 1-3 days for me to create the item. I ship all orders the same day they are finished. You will receive an email with the tracking information.
Shipping: Once your item has been made, you should receive your item within 2-5 days.
Print On Demand Items
Payment Processing Time: 1-5 days depending on the day your order was placed. If your order was placed on a Friday, I may not get payment from Wix until the Wednesday after the order was placed.
Order Production Time: This varys from 1-3 days depending on the print shop but most are made within 1 day.
Shipping: Once your item has been made, you will receive a tracking number and your item should arrive within 2-5 days.
Apothecary Items

Order Production Time: Please check the product description. This varys because some items are RTS (ready to ship) because they have already been created. Some items are made from fresh ingredients and may take longer than others. All items ship same day they are finished.
Shipping: Once your item has been made, you will receive a tracking number and should receive your order within 2-5 days.
Refunds
Jewelry
Refunds are not accepted on jewelry. Most items are custom made. If an item is RTS, it is your responsability to make sure that you measure your wrists correctly to ensure the proper fit. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.
It is the buyers responsability to make sure their shipping address is correct. If the item is lost in transit, I will refund your order but it must not show "delivered" on the tracking number.
POD Items
Cancellations: You may cancel your item within one hour after ordering.
Refunds: If there is something wrong with the print quality, you may return your shirt for a refund withing 24 hours after usps shows your item was delivered.
A return shipping label will be created and emailed to the customer. Refunds are processed using Wix Payments.
Apothecary Items
Refunds are not accepted on apothecary items unless they were damaged during shipping. Please let me know if you have any issues with your order so that we can work something out. I want all my customers to be happy with their purchase.
